On the time line press "m" to make a marker and then write something like 'collat'

Go to the song and find the piece of music you want to start at that collateral and then just move the clips around until it matches properly.

I can sync stuff (takes me a while though), but I'm absolutely god awful at using the effects, I have no idea how to put an effect on, aand taking it off in the same clip, lol. Not to mention that I don't even know how to put text over a video (which means I know how to type in text seperately, but not over a clip.)

wait, can you tell me your render properties? Just screen cap them, I record Just Cause demo and it came out laggy and pixelised.

With fraps its pretty laggy while recording(I can PM you a free version) but what I do is I go in console and type in /record and /stoprecord for when I want to record than I have to go in this codplayer thing and it takes a while to get the clip then I record it with fraps then  I bring in vegas and render. This is for CoD4 pretty sure it works with other games

Since fraps comes out in HD most of the time(I dont really need anything special with render my "WoW" video is 1080p and didnt even touch it with anything just uploaded directly)

I just render into mp4
