Pros:
-Enables more precise aiming
-Very comfortable
-Works well with other games, not just FPS (like UFC Undisputed 2009 for example)
-Looks cool on your controller
-Works with both the PS3 and the Xbox 360

Cons:
-Hard to attach and get off of your original sticks
-The sticks could be slightly more grippy
